After a brief review of 2021, the year in which we introduced the Rewards system, we managed to reward 9 “Bounty Hunters” with a total of 23,520 lei (5000 Eur). They brought buyers for 9 properties presented by us for sale exclusively.
Although the properties were also published on profile sites, the transactions were carried out entirely thanks to the program “Be a bounty hunter” presented on the HouseHunters.ro website, the program accumulating a number of accesses between 1800 and 2100 unique visitors per day!
The highest reward was 900 Eur (paid in lei at the BNR exchange rate) and the lowest was 350 Eur.
Of the awardees, two were real estate agents (from other agencies), the rest being people who have never had anything to do with this field. However, 3 of them were closely related to the buyers (daughter, son, grandson). But this is not the reason for the regulation, we even encourage current registered bounty hunters and future ones to propose our properties to relatives, acquaintances and family, people who are on the verge of buying or renting a property.
Although the number of those rewarded was quite small and did not rise to the expected level, in 2022 the program continues. And not only in Bucharest but also in other cities such as Cluj Napoca, Constanța (plus Mamaia), Timisoara and Oradea, locations where there are or we will soon open new House Hunters branches.
